Answers

1. We recommend a gentle machine wash in warm water. Wash like colours together. We suggest line drying, however garments may be tumble dried on a low temperature setting if necessary. Most cotton garments shrink during washing and we have cut our garments extra long to accommodate this. Washing instructions are provided on each garment and it is best to check these as some garments may vary from the above dependent on fabric composition.

2. If your T shirt does not fit as you would like we are happy to exchange or refund. There are certain conditions with returning items so please check the Policies page for further details.

3. We make our garments in China. We work closely with one factory to ensure that we receive a consistent product.

4. The organic cotton is grown in Turkey and spun into the blended yarn in China. The modal comes from Lenzing in Austria. The two components are knitted into fabric in China.

5. Cotton & Modal are perfect blending partners. This blend provides the comfort of cotton with the softness of Modal. Modal remains soft even after repeated washing and retains its colour.

6. Modal is a trademarked cellulose fibre made by Lenzing in Austria. The fibre is made from Beechwood plantations in Europe. Lenzing uses ecologically sound and energy efficient methods in its production processes. www.lenzing.com

7. We use environmentally conscious fabric and packaging. The envelopes in which goods are delivered to you are made from bamboo. We strive to minimise wastage and unnecessary packaging. We are always aiming to improve our supply chain to reduce environmental impact of moving components from place to place.
